薄层扫描法测定甘草茎叶中甘草次酸的含量

摘　　要：采用薄层扫描法测定甘草茎叶中甘草次酸的含量，方法简便、快速、灵敏、准确，回收率９７．３５％，变异系数为２．１８％。A TLC densitometric method for the determination of glycyrrhetinic acid was described. This method was accurate,rapid and simple. The recovery of glycyrrhetinic acid is 97.35% and the coefficient of variation is 2.20%.
