水稻野败型与滇-1型细胞质雄性不育系育性恢复基因关系的研究

摘　　要：试验利用广亲和野败型不育系０２４２８Ａ和明恢６３／０２４２８Ｆ６、Ｆ８广亲恢选系研究了野败型不育系和滇－１型不育系育性恢复基因关系。结果表明，野败型不育系和滇－１型不育系育性恢复基因之间是非等位的，而且它们之间可能是相互独立的。现有的滇－１型不育系的一些粳稻恢复系同时具有对野败型不育系的恢复基因，野败型不育系的籼稻恢复系也可能包含对滇－１型不育系的恢复基因。这两组基因可能通过基因重组结合在同一个体中。The relationships between the restoring (Rf) genes for wild-abortive (WA) type and dian-1 type cytoplasmic male sterile (CMS) lines were analyzed by using wide-compatible WA type CMS line 02428A and F 6 and F 8 progenies of Minghui63/02428 The results revealed that the Rf genes for WA type and dian-1 type CMS lines are not allelic, and are independent to each other Some of the japonic restorng lines for dian-1 type CMS lines in current use possess Rf genes for WA type CMS lines Like wise, the indica restoriing lines for WA type CMS lines also contain Rf gene(S) for dian-1 type CMS lines These two groups of Rf genes could be integrated into individual plants through gene recombinatoin
