摘 要:测定了南京14号叶鞘内的抗性因子及其对褐飞虱食物利用的影响。结果表明:(1)与感虫品种南京11号、汕优63和 TN1相比,南京14号和 IR 28叶鞘内含有较少的吸食刺激氨基酸(包括天门冬氨酸、谷氨酸、丙氨酸、缬氨酸、丝氨酸、亮氨酸和苯丙氨酸),这是抗虫品种引起褐飞虱拒食的原因之一;(2)在南京14号和南京11号叶鞘乙醇提取物中拒食剂草酸浓度相同,但在下渗液中前者是后者的93倍,这表明下渗液可能来源于筛管,且筛管内高浓度的草酸是南京14号引起褐飞虱拒食的又一原因;(3)生物测定表明,南京14号叶鞘的丙酮提取物中还具有水溶性生长抑制物质,能引起褐飞虱的死亡。Comparing with a moderately resistant variety IR 28,susceptible varieties NJ 11,SY 63 and TN 1, the resistant factors in the blade of NJ 14 were studied and the results showed that:(1)The factor that less sucking- stimulatory amino acids(including Asp,Ser,Glu,Ala,Val,Leu and Phe)existed in the blade of NJ 14 or IR 28 in dicated it seems to be one of the anti-feeding causes,(2)The concentration of oxalic acid in the alcohol extracts in the blades of NJ 14 and NJ 11 was the same,but in down juice,NJ 14 showed 93 times more than NJ 11.This might prove that down juice seemed from phleom and its high concentration of oxalic acid might be another reason of anti- feeding.(3)Acetone extract in the blade of NJ 14 was a hydrofilic growth inhibitor and could significantly increase the mortality of brown planthopper(BPH).
