蜂胶免疫佐剂的研究

摘　　要：用蜂胶作为免疫佐剂制成鸡新城疫（ＮＤ）蜂胶灭活苗，与含有相同抗原的油乳剂苗、氢氧化铝胶苗和无佐剂灭活苗，对鸡进行ＮＤ免疫效果比较。结果表明，蜂胶苗的抗体上升速度比油乳剂苗快；与氢氧化铝苗和无估剂灭活苗相比，蜂胶苗的抗体水平较高、维持时间较长。经安全试验、证明蜂胶无毒、无刺激性。是一种值得研制和开发的新型免疫佐剂。Newcastle Disease Inactivated vaccine made up of propolis adjuvant was compared with oil-emulsified in-activated vacclne,AI(OH)_3 gel vaccine and no adjuvant inactivated vaccine which contained the saLme amount of anti-gen by immunizing chickens.The results of immunity effect indicated that the rising speed of antibociy against pmpolisadjuvant vaccine was faster than the other vaccines abeve,and that the level of antibody gainst propolis adjuvant vac-cine was higher and maintained longer time.Security test demonstrated that propolis adjuvant had no toxicity andstimulus.therefore,It was a new type of adjuvant deserved to be studied and applied.
