摘  要:对17只性周期正常的山羊于黄体期中期采用FSH-PGF_(2α)。方案超排,分析超排处理前后两种垂体促性腺激素(FSH,LH)和两种卵巢性激素(P_4,17β-E_2)在超排有反应组和无反应组及对照组间差异。结果表明:发情时17β-E_2浓度有反应组显著高于无反应组,且与排卵数和收集胚胎数呈显著正相关(P<0.05),血浆FSH浓度发情前后有反应组亦显著高于无反应组,LH在无反应组中未发现明显峰值,P_4浓度及变化在各组问无显著差异,超排辅以LH对超排效果影响不大。The plasma concentrations of progesterone (P_4),oestradiol- 17β(E_2-17β),FSH and LH were determi-nation with radioimmunoassay (RIA) in seventeen goats superovulated using a FSH-PGF(2α) regimen on day 8~9 of theestrous cvcle and six svnchronizated dose (control).The results demonstrated thatthe concentration of E_2-17β duringestrous in 11 good ovulating response group(OG) was significantly higher than in 6 non-ovulating response group(NOG),and psstive correlated with the ovulated rate and collected ovm in OG.the plasma concentrations of FSH during estrous were higher in OG than in NOG too,The plasma levels of LH in NOG didn't appar an obvious surge. The concentrations and the change pattcns of progestrone didn't differ significantly among three groups.Using LH insuperovulation regimen had no ohious effects.
