通鼻胶囊对豚鼠变态反应性鼻炎的抑制作用

摘　　要：[目的]探讨通鼻胶囊对豚鼠变态反应性鼻炎的抑制作用.[方法]给予2,4-二异氰酸甲苯酯橄榄油溶液制备豚鼠变态反应性鼻炎模型,灌胃给予通鼻胶囊,取胸腺及脾脏称其质重,鼻黏膜行光学显微镜及电子显微镜观察.[结果]通鼻胶囊明显抑制变态反应性鼻炎豚鼠胸腺增生,对脾脏质量无明显影响,使豚鼠鼻黏膜的组织结构及超微病理形态基本恢复正常.[结论]通鼻胶囊对豚鼠变态反应性鼻炎有一定的抑制作用.OBJECTIVE To study therapeutic effects of To METHODS The models of allergic rhinitis were induced by TDI ngbi olive capsule on allergic rhinitis in guinea pigs oil, and given Tongbi capsule. Then the spleen and thymus of rats were removed and weighed, and mucous membrane of nose was taken out and observed by light microscope and electron microscope. RESULTS The thymus hyperplasia of allergic rhinitis in guinea pigs was obviously inhibited by Tongbi capsule, but the weight of spleen wasn＇t affected, and the tissue structure and ultrastructure were returned to normal. CONCLUSION Tongbi capsule has inhibitory action on allergic rhinitis.
