朝鲜族和汉族成人血压与其影响因素关系的调查研究

摘　　要：[目的]调查延边农村社区汉族和朝鲜族成人血压与其影响因素的关系.[方法]随机抽取455 名50-60岁农村社区内常驻人群,采用面对面询问法收集有关研究变量的资料,进行多因素分析. [结果]朝鲜族和汉族居民血压的影响因素分布特征间存在差异,且两民族的SBP和DBP的影响因素分布特征间也存在差异;民族、性别、甘油三酯、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇/血清总胆固醇、体重及腰围是血压的影响因素.OBJECTIVE To investigate the relationship between blood pressure and it＇s influencing factors among Han-Chinese and Korean-Chinese nationality in urban of yanbian area. METHODS Survey was carried out among 455 persons aged 50- 60 years, The data were gathered by face-to-face questionnaire, and the multiple factor analysis was used. RESULTS Distribution of blood pressure and it＇ s influencing factors was significant difference among Han-Chinese and Korean-Chinese nationality. There was significant difference in the relationship between SBP and DBP and it＇s influencing factors in Han-Chinese and Korean-Chinese nationality. Multiple regression analysis showed that the related factors of blood pressure were race, sex, TG, HDLC/TC, weight and WC. CONCLUSION It is necessary to adopt different kinds of prevention and treatment polices and practices for hypertension according to the different race and the different kinds of blood pressure
