摘　　要：[背景]探讨腹股沟隐睾合并精索扭转的临床特点及诊断与治疗体会.[病例报告]22例腹股沟隐睾合并精索扭转病例中15例行睾丸切除术,7例行睾丸复位牵引固定术.[讨论]彩色多普勒血流动态显像可作为诊断腹股沟隐睾合并精索扭转的常规与首选检查方法;及早的手术探查是挽救睾丸的有效方法.BACKGROUND To study the clinical characteristic the experience of diagnosis and treatment of testicular torsion combined inguinal testis. CASE REPORTS Of the 22 cases of testicular torsion combined inguinal testis, 15 cases were carried on orchiectomy, and 7 cases were carried on orchiopexy. DISCUSSION Color Doppler flow imaging is the primary diagnostic approach in diagnosing testicular torsion combined inguinal testis, and immediate operative exploration is necessary for saving testis
