摘　　要：对20例宫颈癌Ⅱb-Ⅲb期患者实施动脉灌注化疗,认为向患者介绍插管化疗的简要操作步骤,告知动脉灌注化疗的周期、优势和安全性才能取得患者及家属理解配合;严密观察化疗药物的不良反应,掌握动脉推药、置管的护理技巧可有效预防并发症,提高治愈率。The authors reported their experience in arterial instillation chemotherapy for cervix cancer patients, holding brief steps of catheteration chemotherapy, cycle, advantages and safety of arterial instillation chemotherapy.were introduced to them to gain the cooperation from their relatives. In nursing care, the measures included close observation of side effect, understanding of the nursing skills of injecting chemo drugs and eatheteration for the purpose of preventing complications and increasing curative rate.
