摘　　要：目的:探讨设计和构建静脉功能不全专题学习网站的方法并分析其与现代外科学教育的关系.方法:静脉功能不全专题学习网站通过素材准备阶段、专题资源库的建设和和创作平台的制作而形成.结果:所开发的静脉功能不全专题学习网站具有教学、学习和发布的功能.结论:创建静脉功能不全专题学习网站是可行的,也是对现代外科学教育的一种有益补充.Objective： This study is intended to evaluate the efficacy of remote medical education on venous insufficiency by establishing a website, and its significance in contemporary surgical education. Methods： The web site was constituted by three steps ： collection of materials and contents for web page, construction of subject library for each part of the website and establishment of the website platform with multiple technologies. Results： The medical education website on venous insufficiency realized functions of teaching, leaning and releasing. Conclusion： Web - based education of venous insufficiency is feasible and it is a beneficial supplementary to contemporary surreal education.
