摘　　要：Most Asian countries, the most concentrated area of foreign exchange all over the world, rely too much on the banks and that creates malpractice as well as potential risks, which results in the establishment of the Asian bond market and the promotion by EMEAP gives an impetus to the bond market and its financial cooperation.
