摘　　要：照抄照搬俄国苏维埃政权模式曾经给中国红色政权建设带来了严重后果,但也不可否认它曾经对中国红色政权模式的创建有过积极的作用.它加速了中国红色政权的诞生,为中国红色政权能迅速建立起一套比较完整的政权体系提供了可供效仿的榜样,并为创出中国红色政权特色提供了借鉴.Mechanical imitation of the mode of Russia＇s Soviet regime has produced a negative effect on the construction of China＇s red political power, but it can＇t be denied that it has accelarated the foundation of China＇s red political power and has set an example for the red power to establish a comparatively perfect power system with unique features.
