摘　　要：文章结合中国科学技术大学图书馆文献资源建设的经验,对新的环境下文献资源建设的内容与方式作一探讨。Based on the work experience of the library of USTC, the paper makes a probe into the contents and modes of the construction of document resources under the new environment.
