摘　　要：本文选用反相高效液相色谱，外标法测定高杀草丹。本方法的变异系数为０．５３％，平均回收率为１００．６７％，线性相关系数为０．９９９９。he quantitative analysis of Saturn 104 by using external standard method and the reversal phase high performance liquid chromatography was reported. Results showed that coefficients of variation and liner correlation were 0. 53% and 0. 9999, respectively and the recovery was 100. 67%.
