补肾壮阳药中非法加入西药“枸橼酸西地那非”的检出方法

摘　　要：目的:建立一种测定补肾壮阳药中的枸橼酸西地那非的可行方法。方法:采用反相高效液相色谱法,DiamonsilC18柱,0.05mol/l磷酸三乙胺(pH=3.0±0.1)-甲醇-乙腈(55∶25∶20)为流动相,流速1.0ml/min。结果:其工作曲线的线性范围:0.04～1.00μg,相关系数r=0.9995,平均回收率(n=6)为96.3%。结论:所建立的方法准确,可靠,可应用于检测补肾壮阳药中的枸橼酸西地那非含量。Objective ：To set up a practical method for determination of Sildenafil Citrate in invigorant. Methods ：Reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography was used. The operating conditions were Diamonsil C18;Phosphoric acid and triethylamine-methanol-acetonitrile（55 ： 25 ： 20）as mobile phase with flow rate 1.0ml/min and UV detection at 290nm. Results ：The linear rang of the calibration curve of Sildenafil Citrate was 0. 04-1. 00μg with a correlation coefficient 0. 9995. The average recovery was 96.3 %. Conclusion ：The method was accurate,reliable and can be used in determining Sildenafil Citrate in invigorant.
