摘　　要：采用优质镁砂、尖晶石政研制生产出方镁石－尖晶石砖。微观结构分析及抗碱侵蚀性能试验表明，该砖具有耐侵蚀、抗热震、耐磨损、附着性好等优异性能。用于４ｍ×６０ｍ大型干法水泥窑，其使用寿命达到８个月，侵蚀速率为６．９ｍｍ／ｋｈ。Periclase-spinel brin developed by adopting high quality magnesia and spinel clinker has excellent properties of corrosion resistsnce,thermal shack resistance, wear redstance and adhesion as shown in microstructure analysis and alkaliresistance testing. More than eight months service life and 6. 9mm/kh wear rate have been achieved when it was cloyal in 4m×60m large dry process cement kiln.
