摘　　要：目前,我国公安民警心理健康状况堪忧,对其工作、生活造成了很大影响。应该正视公安民警心理现状及其危害,从科学定位警察的职业责任、改善执法环境、强化执法保障体系等方面关注警察心理健康,维护广大公安民警的合法权益。从而增强公安队伍的凝聚力和战斗力。At present, the psychology health of police in China is worrisome, and will have certain effect on work and life. We should face the psychology state and its damage and care about the psychology health by scientifically defining the professional duties, improving the law - enforcement environment and strengthening the supporting system. This will serve to strengthen the combating power and attraction of the public security officers.
