摘 要:本工作用机械共混方法,以氯磺化聚乙烯(CSM)为增容剂,制备得PA1010/CSM/EPR共混增韧尼龙材料.用XLY-Ⅱ型毛细管流变仪研究了PA1010/CSM/EPR共混物的流变性能,重点讨论了CSM对共混物流变性能的影响.结果表明:共混物的非牛顿指数n<1,符合假塑性流体的流动规律;共混物的表观粘度随着表观剪切速率和剪切应力的增大而降低:共混物中CSM含量增大,共混物的表观粘度降低,流动性增大,非牛顿指数呈减少趋势,但不太明显.本研究为共混物的配方设计及成型加工提供了重要依据.A toughened PA1010/CSM/EPR blend was prepared by means of mechanical blending, with CSM as com-patibilizer. The rheological properties of the PA1010/CSM/EPR blend were studied by XLY-I capillary rheometer, with the emphasis on the effect of CSM on the rheological properties of the blend. The results showed that the blend's nop-Newtonian index <1, being in accord with the flow law of pseudoplastic fluid; the apparent viscosity of the blend decreased with the increas of the apparent shear rate and shear stress; and when the CSM content in the blend increased, the apparent viscosity decreased, flowability increased and non-Newtonian index tended to decrease, but not obviously. An important foundation for the formulation design and processing of blend is then provided in this paper.
