摘  要:目的了解乐东县恶性疟原虫对抗疟药的敏感情况,以指导用药。方法采用Rieckmann体外微量法,于1999年测定氯喹、哌喹、咯萘啶、青蒿琥酯、双氢青蒿素及其加用氯喹的敏感性。结果测定上述药物的ID50依次为244nmol/L、464nmol/L、71nmol/L、3nmol/L、4nmol/L与11/1.32nmol/L。完全抑制裂殖体形成的平均浓度(CIMC)依次为353nmol/L、672nmol/L、102nmol/L、10nmol/L、13nmol/L与19/1.86nmol/L。前3种药的抗性率依次为85.71%、42.86%与14.29%。结论恶性疟原虫对氯喹、哌喹、咯萘啶产生抗性,对青蒿琥酯与双氢青蒿素均敏感,氯喹与双氢青蒿素联用体外测定有增效作用。Objective To examin the sensitivity of Plasmodium falciparum to antimalarials. Methods In vitro microtechnlque was used. The responses of Plasmodium falciparum to ehloroquine, piperaquine, pyronaridine, artesunate, dihydroartemisinin and ehloroquine combined with dihydroartemisinin were assayed. Results IDso were 244nmol/L, 464nmol/L, 71nmol/L, 3nmol/L, 4nmol/L and 11/1.32nmol/L respectively.The mean concentration for complete inhibition of schizont formation were 353nmol/L, 672nmol/L, 102nmol/L, 10nmol/L, 13nmol/L and 19/1.86 nmol/L respectively. In front 3 drugs, the resistance rates were 85.71 %, 42.86 % and 14.29 % respectively. Conclusion P.faleiparum has the resistance to Chloroquine, Piperaquine and Pyronaridine. P. falciparum were sensitive to Artesunate and Dihydroartemisinin . Chloroquine combined with Dihydroartemisinin exhibit a synergistic effect in vitro.
