摘　　要：以往采用传统的鞘膜翻转手术治疗丝虫性鞘膜积液。近年来对鞘膜积液的治疗有了新的进展。现选择性的阐述了中医中药、中西医结合、西医西药和外科手术治疗鞘膜积液的治疗研究进展情况。分析比较了各种方法的治疗效果。Tunica vaginalis subvolution was constantly used for treatment of filarial hydrocele in the past. There was new progression in the therapy of hydrocele. The therapeutic research progression of hydrocele by the method of the traditional Chinese medicine, integrated traditional and western medicine, western medicine and surgery was selected explained and the therapeutic effects of above measurement was analyzed and compared.
