摘　　要：目的了解性病门诊就诊者和性罪错人员艾滋病病毒(HIV)感染状况。方法收集1995～2004年性病门诊就诊者和性罪错人员的血清共8209份,按照《全国HIV检测工作的规范》进行抗-HIV检测。结果这两组人员中各发现抗-HIV抗体阳性者1例,感染率为0.023‰(1/4362)和0.026‰(1/3847)。结论在两组高危人群中各检出HIV1例感染者,因此应做好高危人群的干预,采取有效措施以防止艾滋病的播散。Objective To investigate status of HIV infection in STD clinic attendants and sex criminals. Methods A total of 8 209 sera samples were collected from STD clinic attendants and sex criminals during the year of 1995 - 2004, based on the ＂National standards for Detection of HIV＂. Results The HIV infection rates in the two groups were 0.023‰（1/4 362） and 0.026%‰（ 1/ 3 847）. Conclusion Effective control measures including health education be carried out for controlling the spreading of HIV/ AIDS.
