摘 要:目的探讨磷烧伤与肝细胞及其线粒体损伤之间的关系。方法健康wistar大鼠随机分为磷烧伤组、烫伤组、正常对照组。每致伤组每时相点6只,分别于伤后5、10和24 h放血活杀,取血测定丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)。同时取肝组织,检测肝组织超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)和谷胱甘肽(GSH)活性以及线粒体呼吸控制率(RCR)、线粒体氧化磷酸化效率(pi/O)、线粒体琥珀酸脱氢酶(SDH)活性变化。结果磷伤后血ALT、GOT、LDH不仅显著高于对照组,也显著高于烫烧伤组(P<0.05);磷烧伤组RCR、Pi/O及SDH活性显著低于对照组与烫伤组(P<0.05);磷烧伤组肝组织SOD,GSH低于烫伤组但显著高于对照组(P<0.05);MDA显著高于对照组但低于烫伤组(P<0.05)。结论肝细胞及线粒体的损伤不仅有过氧化损伤因素起作用,还有磷转化为磷酸后对肝细胞及其亚结构的毒性作用。Objective In order to investigate the relationship between the phosphorus bum and the hepatocyte and mitochondria injury. Methods Health Wistar rats were randomly divided into three groups, phosphorus burn ; scald and normal control. Blood samping was collected at 5,8 and 24h post burns for examinations of ALT, AST and LDH, The MDA,SOD and GSH of the liver was determined. Simultaneously the mitochondria of the livers were prepared for the determinations of RCR, Pi/ O, SDH. Results The levels of serum ALT, AST and LDH in phosphoru bum were significantly higher than those in scald and normal control( P 〈 0.05). RCR,Pi/O, SDH of mitochondria in phosphorus burn were significantly lower than those in scald and normal control rats. In the liver tissue the contents of GSH, SOD in phosphorus bum were lower than those in normal control and higher than those in scald rats (P 〈 0.05) ,while the level of MDA was higher than that in normal control and lower than that in scald rats. Conclusion It indicated that the damages of hepatocytes and mitochondria were not only due to peroxidation injury but also due to the toxic effects of phosphoric acid.
