摘　　要：人们的传统观念认为科学技术的进步会减少就业机会,理由是科技的进步会替代原有的就业机会,从而导致就业岗位的减少。但是另一方面,科技的进步会提高劳动生产力,增加社会的总产出,进而增加劳动者的收入和就业机会。本文分析科技进步、经济增长及就业三者之间关系的基础上,提出作者观点,阐明科技进步与劳动就业的关系。It is believed that the advancement of S＆T will reduce the opportunities of employment. The reason is that it may substitute the former opportunities and the post will be decreased. On the other hand, the development of S＆T can increase the productivity of labors and provide more outputs, so it can raise people＇s income and the opportunities of employment. The article puts forward its own opinion to elaborate the relation between the progress of science and technology, and employment, based on the analysis of the relationship among science and technology, economic increase and employment.
