低年资医务人员医院感染学知识掌握情况的调查与分析

摘  要:目的了解工作3年以内的低年资医务人员对医院感染学知识的掌握情况,加强医院感染的预防和控制工作。方法采用自行设计的调查表,对我院临床科室及辅助科室114名低年资医务人员进行有关感染学知识的调查。结果①对医院感染学知识不了解的占14.9%;基本掌握的占71.9%;掌握的占13.2%。②22.8%的医务人员对医院感染管理的重要性认识不足。③79.8%的医务人员认为知识主要来自学校教科书;31.6%认为在职自学可以获取;17.5%认为参加专题讲座可以获得。51.8%的医务人员从未参加过专题教育。低年资医务人员对医院感染学知识掌握较差。结论加强医院感染学知识教育的深度和广度;提高对医院感染管理的认识;开展医院感染学知识的全员培训;重视对低年资医务人员的带教;完善医院感染控制的监督措施。Objective To investigate the knowledge of nosocomial infection among young medical staff working less than 3 years in hospital,in ordor to enhance the prevention and control of nosocomial infection. Method 114 young medical staff in our hospital were investigated on their knowledge about infection with a self - designed questionnaire. Results ① 14.9% ,71.9 and 13.2% of the young medical staff showed little understand ,understand and mastery about the related knowledge respectively. ② 22.8% of the young medcial staff didn't pay enough attention to the importance of nosocomial infection control. ③ 79.8% of them thoughts that most of the related knowledge came from school education,31.6% of them thoughts that they could obtain the related knowledge via continuing education and 17.5% through topic lectures. 51.8% of the young medcial staff never attended the relevant education about nosocomial infection. The result showed that their knowledge about nosocomial infection was relative poor. Conclusions We should strengthen the education of nosocomial infection for the medcial staff to improve their knowledge and understand of nosocomial infection control. Also, we should provide the training of nosocimical infection for all the medcial staff, pay close attention to the clinical teaching for young medical staff and improve the supervision measures of nosocomial infection control.
