对我院236名临床护士“三基”考核成绩的分析

摘　　要：目的了解不同层次临床护士“三基”掌握情况。方法按比例抽取236名临床护士进行集中考核,并将考核结果进行分析。结果考核优良者占参考护士的55.09%,一般者占30.08%,不合格者占14.83%。具有5年以上护龄、主管护师职称和大专以上学历护士的“三基”考核成绩明显好于0～1年护龄、护士职称和中专学历的护士,尤其护龄为o～1年的护士对“三基”的掌握明显不足。结论应加强临床护士“三基”培训和考核,加强新护士的岗前培训力度,加强对年轻护士的分阶段培养,并将之作为医院继续护理教育的重要内容,常抓不懈。Objective To determine the mastery degree of “three basic” among clinical nurses in different levels. Method 236 clinical nurses were sampled by proportion to attend the examination, then the results were analyzed. Results 55.09% , 30.08% and 14.83% of the nurses got excellent result,fine result and unqualified result respectively. The nurses with over 5 - year working experience,title of charge nurse and associate degree got much better result than the nurses with under 1 - year working experience,title of staff nurse and technical secondary school qualification. The mastery degree in the nurses with 0 - 1 year working experience was particularly poor. Conclusions The nurses＇ “three basic” training and test should be strengthened and pre - post training for new nurses and the cultivation of young nurses by stage should be enhanced, which should be paid close attention constantly as an important content of continuing education.
