摘　　要：随着“医疗侵权举证责任倒置”、《医疗事故处理条例》等法律规范的实施,护理过失纠纷数量增加,用法律逻辑思维防范护理过失纠纷日益重要。注重护士医学基础知识培训,加强法律思维培养,护理管理“整体”观念形成,严格执行诊疗护理常规,养成认真的工作作风。Along with the implementation of legal norms, such as “ Reversal of Onus of Proof in Medical Malpractice” and “Medical Malpractice Procedure Act” ,the number of nursing disputes due to nursing defects are increasing. So it is very important to guard against nursing disputes due to nursing defects by legal thought. This article proposed some suggestions according to the legal analysis of nursing defects, such as paying close attention to the training of basic medical knowledge and legal consciousness, holding a hoslistic idea in nursing management,implementing nursing and treatment rountines strictly and developing serious working style.
