摘 要:采用悬浮铸造工艺,加入稀土复合悬浮剂,能够显著改善铬钼钒钢的综合性能。通过对试件的金相组织、夹杂物形态与分布和机械性能的分析,探讨了稀土悬浮剂对铬钼钒钢性能影响的机理,提出了稀土复合悬浮剂的合适加入量为1.5~2.0%,认为钢中稀土残留量宜为0.06~0.08%。试验表明,铸件的机械性能均有较大程度的提高,其中放值最为显著,可达1.4~3倍。The research on the application of rare earths to ferrous alloys is a widely concerned research subject both in side and outside the country.In this paper,quality improvement of cast steel has been investigated with a new technology>suspension casting for adding RE.According to the examinations of microstructure,shape of inclusion, the distribution of RE in casting and mechanical properties,the mechanism of effects of RE suspension agent on properties of cast steel lias been analysed.The suitable addition (1.5~2.0%)of RE suspension agent and RE content (0.06~0.08%)in tie steel were determined.The results show that the mechanical properties are considerablly increased by the action of RE suspension agent,specially ductility and impact toughness,and the morphology shape and distribution of inclusion are also improved.
