摘  要:鉴于目前市场对汽车坐垫革的需求较大,而顶涂层又是影响汽车坐垫革涂层性能的重要因素,选用汽车坐垫革为研究对象,在顶涂时加入不同类型和用量的助剂,再测试各项物理性能指标,并加以比较。交联剂的用量并非越多越好,当它的用量达到某一个较佳值后,出现一个“平台”,之后再增加交联剂的用量无助于革的涂层的性能的提高,甚至会降低某些物理力学性能,加上成本因素,应该严格控制交联剂用量。以本实验中所采用的交联剂为例,每1 000份配料中加入75份为宜。手感剂对皮革产品的物理性能有明显影响,且性能差异是较大的,在设计配方时,对手感剂的选择是相当重要的。Top coat is one of important factors affecting the physical properties of the car seat leather which is needed more and more on the market nowadays. Different types and different amount of additives were added to recipes for top coating of leather, and then the physical properties of the films were tested and compared. It is helpful for improving the physical properties of coat to increase the amount of the cross-linker within certain extension,but the additives can not be used too much,otherwise,would reduce some physical properties of coat. So when the effect on cost of leather has to be concerned, the amount of the cross-linker in the recipes for coating is controlled rigidly. The appropriate amount for the experiment for example, is 75 shares (total 1 000 shares). Feeling agents affect evidently the physical prosperities of coat, and the difference of the properties is great.
