摘　　要：社保基金税务征缴是我国社会保障制度的客观要求,标志着我国社会保障基金的征收、管理、使用纳 入法制化轨道。The tax collecting of social security fund is the objective requirement of the social security system of our country. the collecting and management of the social security fund has been put on the basis of legal development.
