摘　　要：为了观察中草药黄药子的不同溶剂提取物对畜禽常见病原菌的体外抑制作用及其急性毒性试验,采用杯碟法进行抑菌试验,并用寇氏法进行了小鼠急性毒性试验。结果表明,黄药子有机溶剂提取物对试验所用的病原菌均有不同程度的抑制作用,其中黄药子丙酮和乙酸乙酯提取物的抑菌效果较显著,其急性毒性试验LD50分别为:7.20 g/kg±1.84 g/kg,9.22 g/kg±2.57 g/kg。To search the effect of different parts of Rodgersia aesculifolia Batal on inhibiting bacteria in vitro isolated from animals and poultries with disc method and its acute toxicity evaluated by Karber process with mice. The results showed that the extracts with organic solution, especially with acetone, ethyl acetate had remarkable effect on inhibiting bacteria;the LD50 of the extracts with acetone, ethyl acetate was 7.20 g/kg±1.84 g/kg; 9.22 g/kg±2.57 g/kg,respectively.
