摘  要:江汉油田拖市地区深部地层具有压力高、地层硬、研磨性强、机械钻速低的特点。文中介绍了针对新沟嘴组和荆沙组设计的PDC钻头。采用力平衡原理,综合考虑了钻压、转速、钻具组合对切削齿受力的影响,建立了切削齿受力模型,根据该模型可优化切削齿的分布与冠部形状,结合适当的水力设计,最终设计的钻头在汉江油田应用中取得较好效果,尤其在高钻井液密度条件下,明显提高了机械钻速。High pressure, hard subterranean formation, strong abrasive properly and low penetration rate,which characterize the deep formation of Tuoshi region in Jianghan oilfield. In this passage, we introduced the PDC bit which designed for Xingouzui cluster and Jingsha cluster. We adopled the theory of force balance and took the affect of many factors mto consideration, which included bit load, rotation speed and make-up of string, they affect the force tolerance of cutting tooth,and we established the force tolerance model of cutting tooth. According to this model, we can optimize the distribution of cutting tooth and the shape of coronal. The finally designed bits, which combined with appropriate hydraulic design, had good effect in the application in Jianghan oilfield, especially in the circumstance of high mud density,it improved the penetration rate evidently.
