摘　　要：文章在对“新兴技术”的概念进行归纳总结基础上,提出了自己的观点,并将其与相关的几个概念如“高新技术”、“高技术”、“新技术”进行了区别和说明。Based on others＇ definition on concepts definition according to our understanding of it, of emerging technology, this paper presents furthermore makes a concept discrimination emerging technology and other similar concepts such as new technology, high technology and our own between new and high technology.
