摘 要:采用干-湿法纺丝工艺制备了聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)中空纤维膜,研究了高分子成孔剂、非溶剂、表面活性剂对成膜过程的影响。结果表明,以适当比例加入高分子成孔剂、非溶剂、表面活性剂,充分利用高分子成孔剂的分散与增稠作用、表面活性剂的界面润湿作用及非溶剂的降粘与微分相作用,使3类添加剂的致孔机理协同作用,从而可以纺制出孔径适当、高透水通量的PVDF中空纤维分离膜。无机盐的加入可显著提高PVDF中空纤维膜的水通量。PVDF hollow fiber membrane was prepared bv dry-wet spinning technology. The effects of the additives, such as ,the pore-forming agent of polymer, the non-solvent,and the surface active agent, on the process of preparing membrane are studied. The results show that the pore-forming agent of polymer is able to increase the viscosity and emulsification of the solution ; the non-solvent of small molecular weight is able to decrease the viscosity of the solution and promote the micro-phase separation; and the small-molecular surface active agent is able to increase the stability of the solution. As a result, based on the combined additive, PVDF hollow fiber membrane with the proper pore size, high water flux can be prepared by adjusting the ratio of three kinds of additives.
