摘  要:通过CE和Si/C量的变化,并分别加入与不加入合金,探讨了它们对灰铸铁性能和组织的影响.不论是否加入合金,在低碳当量(CE=3.5~3.7%)时,Si/C比从0.36~0.55提高到0.71~0.85,可以使抗拉强度提高40~50Mpa,而碳当量较高(CE=3.9~4.5%)时,提高Si/C比只能使抗拉强度提高0~20MPa.不加合金时,随Si/C比提高,试棒边部的珠光体含量逐渐减少.加入0.3%Cr、0.4%Cu后,在各种CE和Si/C比条件下珠光体含量均>90%.In this paper the changes of Si/C and CE and alloy addition on the mechanical properties and microstructure of gray cast iron were studied.Inrespective of alloy addition,the Si/C of gray cast iron with low CE (CE=3.5-3.7%)is raises from 0.36-0.55 to 0.71 -0.85,the tensile strength increases by 40-50 Mpa.But when the CE is higher (CE = 3.9-4.5%), increment of Si/C could only increases the tensile strength by 0-20 Mpa.The quantity of pearlite on the specimen edge is reduced by degrees with Si/C if the alloy doesn't add.Under the circumstances of various Si/C and CE,the quantity of pearlite of gray cast iron with alloy addition of 0.3%Cr and 3.4%Cu is more than 90%.
