摘　　要：鼓风炉熔炼富铅渣工艺是新近提出的一种铅冶炼技术,以克服传统的烧结焙烧-鼓风炉还原熔炼法存在的一些缺点。文章在此新工艺基础上研究编制了鼓风炉熔炼富铅渣的预控程序。在该程序中,只需输入富铅渣成分及相关参数,便可得到熔炼产物成分及含量表和配料指导,意在实现此工艺过程的自动化控制。Smelting enriched-Pb slag in the blast furnace was put forward recently as a kind of new technoligy, so as to overcome some weakness of dassical sintring rosing-blast furnace smelting process. Based on research of the new technology, pre-control program for smelting enrjched-Pb slag in blast furnace was put forward. Entering composition of enriched-Pb slag and correlative parameters, composition of smelting products and charge guidance were obtained. And the process would be controled automatically.
