摘　　要：在分析研究底部框架-抗震墙房屋抗震性能的基础上,针对结构的受力特点,结合抗震审查中存在的大量共性问题,探讨了抗震设计和审查中需要注意的若干问题,提出了概念设计的重要性,给出了结构抗震验算的简化计算方法,供相关人员参考。Based on the analysis and research of seismic behavior of brick masonry building with frame-wall at the bottom, its bearing characteristic is introduced, then combined with the found problems in seismic design and blueprint checkup of brick masonry building with frame-wall at the bottom, several problems of seismic design and blueprint checkup of brick masonry building with frame-wall at the bottom are discussed. The importance of concept design is put forward and the simple method of computation for seismic structure is given, Which could provide reference for designers.
