环孢素A对肾移植患者精液质量的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨环孢素A(CsA)的不同剂量对肾移植患者精液质量的影响。方法:对26例应用不同剂量CsA和4例停用CsA肾移植患者的精液主要参数进行分析,并与12例正常男性精液进行比较。结果:不同剂量CsA对精液pH值、精子体积、精子存活率及精子密度等,与停用CsA者和正常男性比较,差异均无统计学意义;但是,在精子活动力、精子正常形态和头部缺陷等,与停用CsA者及正常男性比较,其差异均有统计学意义。结论:CsA对精液质量的影响作用与CsA的使用剂量成正比;逐步减少CsA剂量或停用CsA后,精液质量是可以恢复的。Objective：To evaluate the influence of cyclosporin A on the semen parameters of the patients after renal transplantation. Methods：The semen samples from 26 patients who received different doses of CsA after renal transplantation were analyzed and compared with that from 4 patients who stopped using CsA after renal transplantation. The main parameters were also compared with those of 12 normal volunteers. Results：The main param eters including the pH and volume and vitality and sperm density of the patients treated with various does of CsA were not as different as those of the patients stopping using CsA and the normal controls, but the sperm morpholo gy and head deformity in patients treated with wlrious does of CsA were noted significantly higher than that in other groups. Conclusions：Influence of （＇sA to semen paramcters correlate with the dose of CsA.
