摘　　要：综述了免疫亲和层析技术的发展现状,包括层析介质、层析剂制备方法、洗脱方法等的最新进展,以及免疫亲和层析技术在制药领域和临床方面的应用,包括抗体和抗原的纯化、临床检测、免疫分析等。A review about new progress in IAC （immuno-affinity chromatography） technology and its application in pharmaceutic and clinical aspect is presented. The former imposes on the immuno-absorbents, the method of immobilization, and the elution condition while the latter concerns the isolation of antigen and antibody, the clinical test, immunoassays and so on.
