停建经济适用房行吗?

摘　　要：住房是群众安居乐业的基本条件。目前经济适用房政策在运行中确实存在一些问题,但是因此就可以取消了吗?经济适用房也许不是最优或次优的,但是为什么世界上许多国家都选择这种形式呢?住房不是一般商品,完全市场化的思路可行吗?经过完善以后,经济适用房政策是不是能够成为造福低收入人群的举措?Houses are the basic condition for people to live and work in peace and contentment. Today, some problems generate during the implementation of the Policy of Economically Affordable Houses, but can we just abolish such policy abruptly? The Policy of Economically Affordable Houses is not deemed to be the best, but why have so many countries in the world chosen it? Is it viable to let houses, the uncommon commodity, subject to full market application? With the improvement, will the Policy of Economically Affordable Houses do benefit to the vast population with low incomes?
