摘　　要：房地产业是我国国民经济的支柱产业之一。近年来,我国房地产业取得了突飞猛进的发展,房地产法律规范体系也日趋完善。该文探讨了法律对房地产开发的规范和保护功能,分析了房地产开发经营中面临的主要法律风险,并针对之提出了建立法律风险防范体系的必要性和主要做法,其中,强调了律师向房地产开发业提供专业法律服务的重要作用。The development of real estate is the shoring industry of the national economy. The market of real estate has been developing rapidly and the relevant law system has been ameliorated in recent years in China. In this article, the author demonstrates the function of laws of regulation and protection to the enterprise of real estate development. Furthermore, the author analyzes the legal risks in real estate development, reasoning the necessary of the protection system against legal risk and pointing out the establishing method, accenting the function of the professional service of lawyer in it.
