摘  要:以太原第一发电厂燃料成本分析管理为背景,以降低燃料成本为目的,提出了入炉煤配比的最优化问题,该问题是衡量燃煤电厂经济技术指标的重要基础。该问题以单纯形算法为基础原理,采用ORACLE中的PL/SQL程序设计语言编写算法,计算出了入炉配煤比及耗煤的最低成本,较准确地反映了每台锅炉的用煤量,大大提高了计算效率。入炉煤配比的最优化问题对于电力系统燃料成本分析,给予了较好的决策支持,决策者可以根据计算出的配煤比,来做出相应的决策,这样使得系统决策可以更准确、更方便地进行,并且对于系统的成本节约起到了较好的作用,所以入炉煤配比的最优化问题对于电厂具有重要的现实和经济意义。Based on the Taiyuan's first power plant, this paper presents the optimization of in-furnace coal quota aiming at cutting down the fuel cost. The in-furnace coal quota is an important economic indicator in evaluating a thermal power plant. The problem is solved based on the simplex theorem. The algorithm is programmed using the PL/SQL programming language in ORACLE By solving this optimization problem, the optimal in-furnace coal quota is obtained, and then the minimum fuel cost can be calculated. The program can accurately give the fuel usage for each furnace. In addition, the program runs very fast, so the computation efficiency has been significantly enhanced. The optimal solutions provide a better decision support for the fuel cost analysis. Based on the optimal solutions, the decision makers can make right decisions for reducing the cost and the thermal power generation system can run in a more efficient and more convenient fashion.
