中药三七和利多卡因巴布贴剂用于带状疱疹后神经痛的治疗

摘　　要：目的 观察三利巴布贴剂对带状疱疹后神经痛的疗效.方法 带状疱疹后神经痛患者31例,男17例,女14例,年龄23～87岁,采用我院自行研制的三利巴布贴剂,粘贴于皮肤触痛最明显处,根据止痛效果1～3 d更换1次.结果 31例患者用药前VAS评分为5～8分,用药后19例患者评分0～1分,为显效(61.3%);5例患者评分为3分,为有效(16.1%);7例患者用药后疼痛无改善,为无效(22.6%).起效时间2～3 h,持续1～3 d.结论 三利巴布贴剂对带状疱疹后神经痛有良好的镇痛效果,但远期效果尚需继续观察.Objective To observe sanchi （panax pseudo-ginseng wall） added to5% lidocaine patch for treatment ofpostherpetic neuralgia （PHN）. Methods 31 patients suffered from PHN, aged 23-87 years old, 17 male patients and 14 female, were investigated. Sanchi added to 5% lidocaine patches were developed in our hospital. The patches were applied over the painful area, and changed whenever its efficiency lost. Pain severity were evaluated with VAS in the 31 patients. Results Before the patch applied, VAS 5-8. After applying the patches, VAS showed 0- 1 in 19 （61.3%） patients which means significant effective, VAS 3 in 5 （16.1%） pantient （effective）, and no pain in 7 patients, The onset time of the patch was 2-3 hours after appliing. Conclusion Sanchi added to 5% lidocaine patch shows significant effective in relieving PHN pain, but its long-term outcome needs further investigation.
