摘 要:分析了改饮低氟水七年后氟骨症患者尿氟、钙、镁、铜、锌、锰六种元素和尿羟脯氨酸的排泄量.结果表明,氟骨症患者与非病区正常人群对比,除尿氟明显升高和尿钙降低外,其余各项指标均无统计学上有意义的差异.揭示氟骨症息者脱离高氟环境后,骨骼蓄积的氟化物可缓慢持久地从尿中排出,随着机体氟含量的减少,原有的胶原代谢紊乱被逐渐纠正而恢复正常.The excretory contents of hydroxyproline and fluorine. calcium. magnesium. copper,zinc, manganese in urine from the patients with endemic osteo-fluorosis after changing drinking water for seven years were analyzed. The results showed that besides the increase of thecontent of urinary fluorine and the decrease of the excretory content of calcium in the osteofluorosis group, there was not a marked difference in urinary hydroxyproline and other fourelements between two groups. These findings suggested that after the patients being awayfrom the surroundings of high fluorine. the fluoride accumulated in skeletons had been gradually excreted, and that the metabolic abnormality of collagen in the patients had been improved resulting from the reduction of fluorine level in bones.
