转型经济国家的农地制度改革及对我国的借鉴

摘　　要：在对俄罗斯、中东欧等转型经济国家的农地制度改革进行比较分析的基础上,回顾了我国农地制度的三次重大改革,并得出农民家庭经营是当前农地制度的最优的经营形式,农地流转应依靠市场机制并与生产力水平相适应的结论。On the basis of comparing and analyzing the reform in rural land system in Russia, Eastern and central countries of economic transition, this paper reviewed three important reforms in rural land system of China and concludes that rural household production was the optimal management form in current rural land system and rural land transfer should depend on market mechanism and fit the level of productivity.
