双螺杆挤压机直流电机调速系统的设计

摘　　要：介绍了一种应用于双螺杆挤压机的直流电机调速系统的设计。具体分析了转速控制的硬件设计和软件实现。该系统以MCS-51单片机为核心,采用智能控制结合PID控制。实验表明,系统具有良好的调速性能。The paper presents a design of DC electromotor＇ s speed governing system of twin-screw extruder and analyzes in great detail the hardware design and software realization of speed control. The core of the system is MCS-51 Microcontroller with the combination of intelligence control and PID control.Experiments show that the system has a compact structure and satisfactory performance of speed governing.
