摘　　要：由于蛛网膜下腔阻滞麻醉后发生马尾综合征等神经毒性的报道逐渐增多,局麻药对脊髓神经的毒性也引起广泛关注。本文就局麻药脊髓神经毒性的临床表现、损伤部位、相关因素、发生机制做一简要综述。Because the reports about cauda equina syndrome after intradural anesthesia are increasing, the neurotoxicity of the local anethetics is become more and more concerned, this article summarized briefly the clinical symptom, injury position. related factors and producing mechanism of the local anethetics＇neurotoxicity after intradural anesthesia.
