摘 要:目的观察胰岛不同月龄组大鼠胰岛A和B细胞的分布规律,为临床胰岛细胞移植手术的成功开展提供参考。方法应用免疫组化和图像分析定量方法对不同月龄组大鼠胰腺组织不同部位的胰岛A细胞和B细胞的分布规律进行定量观察和比较。结果幼年组大鼠胰岛细胞的免疫反应阳性染色面积大于成年组和老年组;幼年组大鼠胰岛细胞的数量多于成年组和老年组;大鼠胰尾胰岛细胞的免疫反应阳性染色面积大于胰头和胰体,大鼠胰尾胰岛细胞的数量多于胰头和胰体。结论幼年鼠胰尾的胰岛细胞功能好、数量多,认为在胰岛移植手术中对供体的选择应以幼年胰尾的胰岛细胞为最佳。Objective To observe the distributed pattern of the islet A and B cells in rats of varying months, and provide a reference for the success of the islet cell transplantation. Methods The immunohistochemical, image analysis and quantitative analysis were applied to distribute pattern on the islet A and B cells in difference portion of pancrease in rats of varying months. Results The positive stain area of immunity reaction appeared larger in the infancies than that in the adults and the aged. The islet cells were more in the pancreatic tail than that in the pancreatic head and body. Conclusion The islet cells of the pancreatic tailare best in function and more in number. So that, we consider that in the islet transplantation the pancreatic tail of younger rats are best donors.
