摘　　要：卵巢恶性肿瘤发病隐匿,患者就诊时多已处于晚期。因此,高敏感性、高特异性的诊断方法是早期诊断卵巢癌的关键。灰阶超声和彩色多普勒联合检测卵巢肿瘤的形态、血流阻力指数、搏动指数,将多普勒与Logistic回归分析相结合,能够提高卵巢恶性肿瘤术前早期诊断的正确性。Most ovarian malignant tumors are later period when they are found. A high sensitive and specified diagnosis method is the key to early diagnosis of ovarian cancers. The histological patterns, resistance index, and pulse index of ovarian tumors were detected by gray - scale ultrasound combined with color doppler, and combination of color doppler and logistic regression analysis may improve the accuracy of preoperative diagnosis of early ovarian malignant tumors.
