合成叔丁基苯酚催化剂的种类与特征分析

摘　　要：介绍苯酚烷基化催化剂的种类和发展过程,分析比较了液体酸催化剂、氧化物催化剂、离子交换树脂和分子筛催化剂的催化性能和它们的各种应用条件。在一定条件下,上述四种催化剂作用效果中,分子筛催化剂没有其他催化剂可能出现的腐蚀或纯度低等副反应,合成叔丁基苯酚的最高收率可达53.4%。因此分子筛催化剂是一种性能优良的催化剂,它将应用于叔丁基苯酚工业生产中。This paper introduces the category and development process of catalysts in synthesis Tert-Butylphenol. It analyzes and compares the catalytic performance of liquid acid catalyst, oxide catalyst, ion exchange resin and molecular sieve catalyst and their application conditions. Under certain conditions, molecular sieve catalyst are most effective in that it may have no such negative reaction as erosion and low purity.
