摘　　要：某国产300MW机组投产运行1年后,在基本相同的主、再热蒸汽参数和凝汽器真空下,带相同的负荷,需要比以前多开一至一个半调门。针对这一现象,通过对机组投产初期试生产试验和当前运行参数对比分析及相应热力计算,成功诊断出故障所在位置和严重程度。After putting into operation one year, the domestic 300MW steam turbine needs to open one or two more governing valves to carry load under the same main steam parameters,reheat steam parameters and condenser vacuum. To solve this problem, the damage position and serious level of the steam turbine passage are successfully diagnosed by thermal calculation and analysis of running parameters and thermodynamic performance test of trial-produce.
